Our Five-Year Limited Warranty

Spring Street Dezigns is committed to your satisfaction.

We warrant our cabinetry and worksmanship to the original purchaser for a period of five years from the date of manufacture. We will replace or repair, at our discretion, the defective parts with identical or similar parts of equal value.

Spring Street Dezigns, LLC, warrants that all products will be free from defects in material and worksmanship. Natural characteristics such as mineral streaks, burls, grain patterns, and other naturally-occurring imperfections will not be considered defects unless otherwise specified prior to construction. Due to its porous nature, wood expands and contracts as affected by its environment; as a result, some wood movement is allowed by design.

In our cabinetry, raised panel doors are all manufactured with a floating center panel to allow for its expansion and contraction without damage to the door. Single-panel doors with maximum dimensions of 26" wide by 48" high are guaranteed against warpage for a period of one year from date of shipment or installation. Doors greater than 26" wide must be at least two panels wide, and doors greater than 48" high must be at least two panels high to be guaranteed. Note: mitered doors over 26" wide and/or 48" high cannot be manufactured with multiple panels, and thus carry no guarantee against warpage.

Hinges, drawer slides, and other moving, multi-component hardware carries a lifetime warranty to the original customer.

This warranty is limited only to cabinetry & furniture subject to normal and proper use as intended. We will not assume responsibility for any damage, defects, or product failure caused by abuse, accidents, improper installation (beyond our initial, professional installation or if the customer has moved or reinstalled the product), negligence, customer modification, or any type of misuse and/or conditions beyond immediate control of Spring Street Dezigns, LLC. This warranty does not cover expenses incurred while removing, installing, or repairing defective products. This warranty also does not apply to natural features, conditions, or characteristics of the wood, finishing, or manufacturing process.

In the event of a defect, please notify Spring Street Dezigns of the problem and we will work to resolve it. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to our continuous improvement efforts, we reserve the right to change or alter the specifications of this warranty without notice or obligation to previous or existing products.
